Delivery is included in all prices.
There is a US$4.95 small order charge on orders under US$50 for the USA and Canada,
with orders from $45.05 to $50 rounded up to $50.
No Sales Tax in the USA (we pay Sales Tax for you wherever relevant)
There is a A$6.95 small order charge on orders under A$60 for Australia.
We do not charge Australian GST. This is payable directly on import only if the total
invoice amount exceeds A$1,000.
There is a US$5.95 small order charge on orders under US$50 elsewhere.

Timing: Deliveries to the USA take 2 to 10 days. Australia takes approximately one to two weeks.
Elsewhere, delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
