As a highly decorated CIA agent, Jennifer Johnson, finds herself falsely accused, by a government she has sworn to uphold. As rogue IRS agents attempt to throw her (Jennifer's) neighbors out of their houses, the agents make a horrendous mistake and the neighbors, as well as Jennifer's son, are killed. Jennifer witnesses the destruction of her neighbor's homes. The agents have killed allthe occupants and set fire to their homes to cover their mistakes.
