The Planet Waves singular surge protector protects your equipment from harmful power surges and spikes. The UL listed surge protector has a 312 joule rating and includes a built-in surge protection indicator. When the protector's light is on, the unit will absorb surges & spikes. When the light is not on, then a strong surge has been absorbed and the unit must be replaced. The surge protector filters out 20dB of annoying EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and RFI (Radio Frequency Interference). Plus, it takes up very little space and can be plugged into ordinary wall outlets or power strips.
