How does the Shopping Cart system work?
The Shopping Cart (known as a Shopping Basket in some countries) works exactly the same way as when you are in a supermarket. Browse our "virtual shelves" and select the items which interest you. From the detailed description pages just click on "Add to Cart" if you want to make a selection of that item, knowing that (just like in a supermarket) you do not have to "Checkout" with the item you have selected because you can still remove it from your cart.

How can I change quantities or remove items from my Shopping Cart?
To change the quantity or remove an item from your shopping cart click on "View Shopping Cart" You will see all the items in your cart. After you modify the quantity or select "delete", click "Make Changes". This will automatically update your shopping cart to reflect any changes you made. Then "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout"

How do I order items?
When you are finished shopping, click on "View Cart". You will see a list of all the items you have selected. To purchase these items select the "Checkout" button. You will be asked how you want to order. For most people the "Secure Ordering" method will be the best selection. Your confidential information will be encrypted for secure transmission to us.
If you do not want to transmit credit card information over the Internet, then select the "Fax/Mail Form" alternative to get a fax form you can complete and fax to our password- protected, secure fax system
You will then see the order summary page. On this page the items that you are ordering are listed with the sub-total of your order. Shipping charges are added on small orders. We do not charge Sales Tax as we pay it for US deliveries wherever necessary. Complete the delivery information and credit card information If you are satisfied with your selection click "Submit".

What do I do if I don't want to order through the internet?
View and print our non-automated order form.
Complete the item information and fax or mail it to us.
Faxes are received into memory and are password protected.
